Eat right and exercise. Vibrant Living isn’t possible if we’re not mindful in our eating habits and don’t find time for fitness to keep our body active. Don’t overload with sugar, junk foods and alcohol, sitting on a couch in front of the TV. And yes, sometimes that enjoyment means just be comfortable in your couch, enjoying some healthy snack, a warm herbal tea, and a Netflix!

Stay positive. Life always offers us two choices: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them. Choosing optimism will always bring positivism.

Don’t create Facade. In the pursuit of complete control of life, we have sacrificed the true essence of life. Our uncontrollable desires to become supreme have reduced ourselves to less human. If a big house gives you joy, by all means, buy the biggest house you can afford. But the need for more to exhibit a facade to the rest of the world don’t get into that shallow state of being.

Appreciate what you have. If you don’t count your blessings, you’ll be unhappy with your life. It’s impossible to live a vibrant, meaningful life when focused on what you don’t have. Practice gratitude to stay grounded.

Keep a record of your experiences. Something as simple as taking a minute each evening to think back on your day; acknowledging what you enjoyed and, this is very important, what you did well can make a huge difference in your attitude toward life.

Live outside your comfort zone

Live outside your comfort zone and develop new habits. We must learn to be comfortable outside of our comfort zone—that’s where growth lies! Taking risks to exceed yesterday’s best is a key to faster growth. When a person is feeling stuck in life, they’re often in the deep groove of a comfort zone or haven’t forgiven themselves for some imagined failure. Don’t let that happen to you. Leave your comfort zone and learn to be comfortable with unfavorable situations. If you do stretch, happier living awaits you!

Create Right Thoughts. The way we think creates our reality. Our thoughts are catalyst to how we feel and behave. We are not honest with ourselves, and we blame others for our unhappiness in life. We build relationships on dishonesty and fake emotions to keep up with them and then feel isolated within and blame the outer world for our pains and sadness. Get the inside right, and see your thoughts getting empowered.
