Apple Cinnamon Water- Metabolism Boosting Drink for Weight Loss

Include Apple Cinnamon Water in your daily detox to boost metabolism.


Makes 2 liters

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups ice
  • Water

Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher (save a few for your glass later). Add the cinnamon stick. Cover with ice and top with water. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Once the water is down to 1/4 full, refill with water. You can do this several times to keep the flavor. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Hot Apple Cinnamon Tea

One of my most famous drinks is my Apple Cinnamon water. During the winter, I like to make it as a hot tea. The flavor is stronger and oh so yummy!

Apples are an excellent source of vitamin C

They also contain a plant compound called polyphenol, which can have many health benefits including lowering blood pressure and stroke risk

Makes 1 teapot

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

Cup method: Add all ingredients to cup and top with hot water.

Teapot method: Add all ingredients to a teapot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and serve.

Add the cinnamon and apple to your teapot or cup.

Keep refilling when the mixture is halfway consumed. The flavor will stay strong for up to 8 cups!
