Apple, Banana And Almond Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is made with fruits, almond milk and nuts, and wonderful to taste. In addition, it’s also packed with all nutrients required for your health. Apples in this smoothie are low in fat and calories, low in sodium, and have minerals, vitamins and fiber as well. These can all assist you to lose weight in various ways. Bananas contain resistant starch and fiber, which support weight loss. Plus, they are a low-energy-density, nutritious food, which is good for reducing kilos. Almond is a rich amount of fatty acids like the omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9, which are useful and are required for our body. Moreover, almonds contain unsaturated fats that help in preventing the cardiovascular diseases. Almond also contains the mono-saturated fats that maintain and lower our BMI (body mass index), thus helps reduce belly fat.

You will need:
1 red apple
1 ripe banana
5-6 almonds
1 ¼ spoon cinnamon powder

Method:
First of all, wash the apple carefully, peel plus core it.
Next, chop the apple, the almonds and banana into small pieces. Then, add it to the blender. Add the cinnamon powder and almond milk to the blender and blend these things well until you get a smooth mixture.
Serve immediately.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Dark chocolate is packed with monounsaturated fatty acids. Studies indicate eating a diet rich in these healthy fats may reverse the metabolism to burn calories and fat. Also, it may help by controlling cravings for sweet, salt, or fatty diet-wreckers.

You will need:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 cup skim milk/almond milk/greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey1 tbsp roasted flaxseed1 tsp soaked chia seeds


Method:
Firstly, take the milk and to it add cocoa powder. Add flaxseed powder
Now stir well and place it in one blender.
Then, add the honey, and frozen bananas into that blender and blend well to get a smooth mixture. Top it with soaked chia seeds Your smoothie is ready  

Fruit Smoothie

You will need:
1 cup of sliced and frozen pineapple
½ banana
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
¼ tsp turmeric


Note: Turmeric is a remarkably powerful antioxidant, boosting the body’s own antioxidant enzymes. It is also strongly anti-inflammatory, to the point where it matches the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs. Use fresh turmeric roots or turmeric powder in this shake to detox your body.

Method:
Put all these ingredients into one blender
Now blend well to get a tasty and healthy smoothie.
Finally, enjoy it.

Spinach Smoothie

A cup of spinach comprises of only a gram of carbohydrate and just 7 calories, plus it gives you with folate, iron, calcium, magnesium, and plenty of antioxidants. Hence, spinach is a good choice for weight loss.

You will need:
2 cups spinach, cleaned well
1 ½ cups water
1 whole pear, chopped into pieces
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grated ginger

Method:
The first step is to take a blender and next add the spinach, water, chopped pear, ginger and lemon juice.

Afterwards, blend well to achieve a smooth mixture.
Your smoothie is ready.
